A top-tier Financial Services institution is accelerating its core technology transformation. Instead of relying on basic off-the-shelf AI wrappers, they are building a robust, agent-driven engineering backbone from scratch.

They are excited to bring on a backend developer who loves diving deep into the code—building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, orchestrating complex agentic workflows, and tying AI models directly into enterprise financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Write robust, production-grade backend code in C# / .NET or Python.
• Architect and build MCP-compliant tools and services to connect agents to financial enterprise systems.
• Design multi-agent workflows and orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, and stateful agent frameworks.
• Build reliable RAG architectures that operate seamlessly over strict financial datasets.
• Ensure high throughput, low latency, and deterministic output quality across all agentic integrations.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong commercial backend engineering foundations (C# / .NET or Python).
• Proven hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows and intelligent multi-agent systems.
• Practical experience designing or implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and tool integrations.
• Solid experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and enterprise RAG solutions.
