Senior Backend Developer / Старши програмист Principal Duties And Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Go

Design and implement reliable REST APIs

Work with PostgreSQL and other relational databases

Work with analytical and high-performance databases such as ClickHouse

Utilize Redis, RabbitMQ, and similar technologies for caching, asynchronous processing, and event-driven communication

Work in a Linux environment, including system configuration, troubleshooting, log analysis, process management, networking, and basic system administration

Optimize database queries, indexes, data structures, and overall application performance

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

Build and integrate AI agents, automated workflows, and AI-assisted development tools

Design and develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers to integrate AI models with internal systems and external tools

Actively leverage AI tools for code generation, analysis, refactoring, testing, and documentation

Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices within the team

Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams

Knowledge, Experience And Skills Significant professional experience in backend software development

Hands-on experience with Go (Golang)

Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system

Experience With PostgreSQL Or Other Relational Databases Solid understanding of data modeling, indexing, transactions, and SQL query optimization

Experience with, or interest in, ClickHouse or other analytical databases

Practical experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies

Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend architectures

Experience with Git and standard software development workflows

Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Active use of AI tools in day-to-day software development

Experience with, or a strong interest in, building AI agents

Knowledge of, or practical experience with, MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers

Strong commitment to code quality, security, and system reliability

Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Knowledge of event-driven architectures, message queues, streaming platforms, or ETL processes

Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools

Experience optimizing large databases, partitioning strategies, and database performance tuning

Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, or AI knowledge systems

Experience with LLM integrations, tool calling, function calling, or agentic workflows

Experience automating internal business processes using AI technologies

Knowledge of security best practices for integrating AI solutions with internal systems
