Senior Backend Developer (.NET 10)

Our client is a global software engineering company with 25+ years of experience delivering complex technology solutions across travel, financial services, healthcare, and media. Known for its engineering-first culture and collaborative work environment, the company specializes in cloud-native, data-driven, and enterprise-scale platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend microservices using C# and .NET Core/.NET 10.
• Build services supporting multi-source travel data aggregation and business processing.
• Implement microservice patterns such as API-first design and domain-driven design (DDD).
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and event-driven asynchronous solutions.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Apply Azure cloud services and distributed system best practices to ensure scalability and resiliency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and participate in code reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven messaging.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services and scalable application design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Nice to Have

• Travel domain experience, including booking, reservation, or supplier integration platforms.
• Exposure to GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.

Preferred: 12-14 years of experience, strong coding background, Individual Contributor profile, and immediate to short-notice availability.
