Senior Backend Engineer - Go ( Java Spring Boot welcome ) | IT Vendor, 40K - 60K

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with frontend/mobile devs to integrate APIs/services.
• Assist in system, database, and architectural design.
• Optimize backend for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement/maintain unit and integration tests.
• Conduct code reviews for best practices and quality.
• Understand microservice architecture and design.
• Stay updated on backend trends/technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in backend dev and system analysis.
• Hands-on proficiency in Golang, or strong experience in Java Spring Boot with willingness to learn Golang.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience with Kafka and Redis a plus; MongoDB or other NoSQL a plus.
• Strong in RESTful APIs and full SDLC.
• Code review experience for quality/standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good spoken/written Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
