£500 - £575 per day | Inside IR35

Talentedge Tech are for a Senior Backend Engineer to join an ambitious, product-led technology business building innovative products used all over the world. The team are looking for extra backend engineering support as they come into their busy peak season (Christmas).

Ideally, you'll have strong experience with:

• TypeScript
• Node.js
• Backend frameworks such as NestJS or Express
• PostgreSQL and/or other relational databases
• AWS and cloud-based infrastructure
• CI/CD and modern development practices
• Experience testing and maintaining production-quality software

We're looking for someone who is product-minded, pragmatic and comfortable with ambiguity and someone who can take a problem, understand what needs to be achieved and work out the best way to build it.

You should enjoy working in an environment where engineers have a voice in product decisions and where there's an opportunity to build things from the ground up.

This is an opportunity to join a business where technology is central to the product. You'll have the chance to work on meaningful products, solve interesting technical problems and have a tangible impact on what gets built over a typically very busy period for the client (Christmas).
