Join a cross-functional feature team (iOS, Android, Backend, Design, PO/PM) on a high-volume mobile product exposed to global traffic spikes. The core challenge: ensuring the performance and scalability of a backend architecture serving millions of users continuously.
Tech stack
Go, gRPC, Microservices, Clean Architecture, DDD, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Google Spanner, Google PubSub, Terraform/Terragrunt, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Datadog, Bazel, NodeJS/TypeScript (secondary)
Profile wanted
What we're looking for
Solid production experience with Go, ideally with gRPC and microservices
Concrete, demonstrable experience with performance and scalability (handling load spikes, optimization, benchmarking) — this is the core requirement of the mission
Strong grasp of Clean Architecture / DDD
Comfortable operating Kubernetes/GKE independently
Experience with event-driven environments (PubSub or equivalent) is a plus
Strong autonomy, comfortable working fully remote
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
