We are looking for key talent to partner with our two newly appointed Head Chefs and help launch our flagship location.

Overall Role:
Working alongside an experienced Head Baker, you will contribute to daily bakery and pastry operations, maintain high standards of craftsmanship and product consistency, and support the smooth running of the bakery.

Ideal for experienced baking professionals looking to take on greater responsibility and grow alongside our new brand.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years of bakery experience in a professional kitchen.

• or a Culinary School Diploma graduate.

Craftsmanship:
Assist in the daily production of high-quality pastry and bakery items while maintaining strict hygiene and QA standards.

Mindset:
Able to work to tight schedules, manage time well, clean as you go, prioritize tasks effectively, and take pride in your craft.

Growth Trajectory:
A structured path toward Assistant Head Baker position, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as the company expands into new outlets.
