Responsibilities

• Providing a wide range of hair styling services.
• Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work station and tools
• Staying updated with the latest hair trends and techniques through continuous professional development
• Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment
• Managing appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail in all aspects of work
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional presentation in line with salon standards.
