The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Barista to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role for an individual eager to develop their leadership abilities while ensuring our high standards are met across all areas of the café. You will be an all-rounder, essential to our daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coffee Excellence: Master and execute our premium coffee program, creating high-quality, espresso-based beverages with precision and artistry.

· Guest Service Legend: Provide warm, engaging, and legendary customer service, building genuine connections with our regulars and new guests alike.

· Operational Excellence: Manage a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, including:

· Preparing a range of beverages.

· Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring the shop is tidy and inviting.

· Team Leadership: Embody our standards and serve as a role model for other team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

Who You Are:

· A reliable and punctual professional with a strong work ethic.

· Possess a friendly, polite, and extremely customer-focused demeanor.

· Eager to learn and master new barista skills and techniques.

· Available to work early morning shifts, starting as early as 6:00 AM.

· Previous experience in a similar role is highly valued.
