Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster loyalty.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies at all times.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of workstations in compliance with health regulations.
• Lead by example in delivering efficient service, managing multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bartenders and serving staff, sharing expertise to improve team performance.
• Collaborate with management on special events or promotions to boost sales and guest engagement.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of hospitality principles, including excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting, with the ability to craft classic and signature cocktails.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a lively, positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing inventory accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Restaurant experience that demonstrates adaptability, teamwork, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 36.0 per week
