Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Bartender who is passionate about mixology, has strong knowledge of beverages, and can oversee daily bar operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining drink quality, managing inventory, supporting the bar team, and ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including setup, closing, and equipment maintenance.
• Recommend beverages to guests and ensure excellent customer service.
• Guide and train junior bartenders on drink preparation and service standards.
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and minimise wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with applicable liquor licensing requirements.
• Assist in creating signature cocktails and updating the beverage menu.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Senior Bartender in a premium restaurant, resto-bar, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bar inventory, stock management, and cost control.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal bartending or mixology training.
• Experience in signature cocktail creation and beverage menu development.
• Experience working in a premium dining or high-volume bar environment.
