Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area to ensure efficient service.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and enhance their overall experience.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal regulations.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service while managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Train and mentor junior bartenders, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer interaction.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene standards, and responsible serving policies consistently across shifts.
• Collaborate with management on inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Contribute to creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and inventory calculations.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
