Responsibilities

Deliver advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, body treatments, waxing, threading, manicure/pedicure, and spa services to meet client needs

Conduct detailed skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products to optimize client outcomes

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in compliance with industry regulations to ensure client and staff safety

Lead, train, and mentor junior beauticians and therapists to enhance team performance and service quality

Manage complex or VIP client interactions and resolve customer concerns professionally to maintain client loyalty

Oversee treatment rooms, equipment, and product inventory to ensure operational readiness and efficiency

Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products to achieve sales targets and support business growth

Contribute to the development of new treatments, promotions, and service packages to enhance market competitiveness

Monitor service quality consistently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Support daily salon/spa operations and assist the manager as needed to maintain smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the related field

Proficient in English or Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Leadership and team supervision skills to guide and develop junior staff

Strong knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and treatment techniques to deliver expert services

Excellent customer service and communication abilities to foster positive client relationships

Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and contribute to business objectives
