Position: Benefits Decision-Makers: Feedback on Health and Pharmacy Plans

Role Responsibilities

• Describe your process for evaluating and renewing corporate health plans.
• Discuss your organization's approach to pharmacy benefits management.
• Share what drives purchasing decisions during renewal cycles.
• Review hypothetical plan structures and discuss their feasibility for your workforce.

Requirements

• Senior HR, Total Rewards or Benefits professional at a mid-market to enterprise or larger organization.
• Direct decision-making authority or significant influence over selecting or managing health insurance and pharmacy benefit plans.
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations.
• Comfortable discussing the financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs.
