You will partner closely with Collections, Operations and Credit Strategy stakeholders to understand performance, improve reporting and support data-led decision making
  • Fraud & Financial Crime: Help protect Zopa and our customers from fraud and financial crime by building the data products that sit behind smarter, faster controls. You’ll create trusted MI, scalable data models and automated monitoring across fraud performance, transaction monitoring, screening and operational controls. You’ll be giving teams the insight to spot emerging threats, improve customer outcomes and meet regulatory expectations with confidence
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools
  • Use SQL to explore data, build structured datasets and deliver repeatable analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business problems and turn them into practical analytical solutions
  • Define, document and maintain clear, trusted metrics
  • Deliver recurring MI and self-serve reporting that supports operational and risk decision making
  • Work with Analytics Engineering to design and improve core data models, including modernising stored-procedure logic into maintainable transformations
  • Improve data quality, reporting standards and the usability of analytics products
  • Support performance monitoring across either operational or risk-focused domains
