Senior BI Engineer - (Tableau Developer)

We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Engineer - Tableau Developer to join our Data Engineering chapter supporting Digital Products & Data & Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Tableau solutions that transform complex business data into intuitive, scalable, and actionable dashboards.

This role requires strong expertise in Tableau development, Tableau Server/Cloud administration, SQL, data modelling, performance optimization, and enterprise BI governance. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Ensure dashboards follow enterprise visualization standards, accessibility guidelines, and Tableau best practices

• Optimize dashboard performance through efficient calculations, query tuning, and workbook design

• Contribute reusable Tableau assets including:

• Reusable Components

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Experience supporting Digital Products, Enterprise Analytics, or Data Engineering initiatives
• Exposure to cloud-based BI platforms and modern analytics ecosystems is an advantage
