We are expanding our government and enterprise business and are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead our end-to-end bid and proposal management process.

Role Overview

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will own the complete bid lifecycle, from identifying relevant tenders and evaluating opportunities to preparing compelling proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to develop competitive bids aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and shortlist relevant government and private-sector tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission requirements to assess bid readiness.
• Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including bid planning, documentation, online filling, submission, and post-submission tracking.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes, and persuasive proposals tailored to customer requirements and Surepass’s product capabilities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams to gather inputs, resolve gaps, and finalize submissions.
• Support pricing discussions, commercial assessments, risk identification, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Monitor tender deadlines, corrigendums, clarifications, pre-bid queries, submission status, and bid outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of tender documents, submissions, approvals, and bid performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and continuously improve bid processes, templates, and documentation standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bid management, tender management, or proposal management.
• Strong working knowledge of government e-tendering platforms, including GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals .
• Proven experience in preparing, filling, and submitting technical and commercial bids independently.
• Strong understanding of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, EMD, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and tender documentation.
• Excellent bid writing, proposal development, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing multiple bids, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting strict deadlines.
• Good commercial acumen, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other documentation tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

Preferred: Experience in IT, SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, BFSI, API-based platforms, or digital identity verification solutions.
