Shelke Constructions is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to join our team in Pune.

Project Experience Required

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

• High-Rise Residential Building Projects
• Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Projects
• Contracting / Construction Contractor Firms
• Contractor Billing & Client Billing
• BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and verification of Contractor Bills / RA Bills
• Preparation and checking of Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills
• Quantity measurement and reconciliation as per site execution
• Preparation and verification of BBS and reinforcement quantities
• Checking drawings, BOQ and site measurements for billing purposes
• Measurement of civil, RCC, finishing and other construction activities
• Preparation of Rate Analysis, Quantity Reconciliation & Cost Statements
• Coordination with Site, Planning, QS, Contracts and Project Teams
• Verification of subcontractor bills and work measurements
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills
• Identify quantity variations, extra items and deviations
• Maintain proper billing documentation and records

Candidate Profile

Must Have:

• 7–12 years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying
• Strong experience in High-Rise Residential Construction
• Hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork
• Experience with a Contracting / Construction Contractor Company
• Strong knowledge of Contractor Billing, RA Bills & BBS
• Good understanding of BOQ, measurements and quantity calculations
• Ability to independently handle billing activities at project sites

Preferred Candidates

Candidates currently or previously working with reputed construction contracting companies and having strong exposure to Mivan high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
