Senior BIM Architect

iRivet BIM Consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Architect to join our BIM delivery team in Dubai.

The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural BIM model development, multidisciplinary coordination, shop drawing production, BIM quality control, and supporting project delivery from design/IFC information through construction-stage BIM requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Develop models from IFC / design information to LOD 400 requirements.
• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings extracted from coordinated BIM models.
• Coordinate architectural models with Structure, MEP, Interior Design, Façade, Landscape, and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues before drawing submission.
• Perform model QA/QC and ensure compliance with project BIM standards, BEP, naming conventions, and modelling requirements.
• Review consultant comments and update models/drawings accordingly.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, engineers, and project teams.
• Manage architectural families, parameters, model health, worksets, linked models, and Revit standards.
• Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks / BIM Collaborate / ACC.
• Ensure models and drawings are delivered according to agreed project schedules.
• Guide and review the work of BIM Architects and BIM Modelers when required.
• Support preparation of LOD 400 deliverables and, where applicable, as-built / LOD 500 BIM models.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 6–8 years of BIM/Revit experience, with strong architectural BIM exposure.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling construction-stage / contractor BIM projects preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM Collaborate.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodology, shop drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience developing coordinated models up to LOD 400.
• Ability to independently understand IFC drawings, specifications, design intent, and consultant requirements.
• Experience on UAE / GCC projects will be highly preferred.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, model QA/QC, clash coordination, and BIM documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under project deadlines while maintaining model and drawing quality.

Pay: AED4,900.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
