Senior BIM Manager

We are seeking a Senior BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery for a turnkey infrastructure and signalling project in Bangkok.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Lead BIM planning, implementation, and control from mobilisation through handover.
• Manage BIM frameworks, execution plans, and information delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with civil works partners, subsystem design leads, and client BIM representatives.
• Oversee modelling quality, controlled workflows, 4D sequencing, and asset information handover.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7+ years in engineering or infrastructure delivery, with 3+ years in BIM management.
• Strong experience with BEP, MIDP, CDE workflows, and BIM quality controls.
• Skilled in Navisworks, Revit, Civil 3D, and enterprise CDE platforms (e.g., ProjectWise).
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 principles, IFC exchanges, and model-based quantity take-off.
• Native Thai speaker with fluent English.
• Railway or transport infrastructure experience is highly preferred.

Additional Assets: Familiarity with Synchro, GIS, Power BI, automation tools, and scripting (Python, Dynamo, C#) is a plus.

This is an urgent requirement with an ASAP start.

Pay: From ฿80,000.00 per month
