Senior Board Design Engineer

A Senior Electrical Engineer specializing in Embedded and Electro-Optical (EO) Systems - Lead all activities related to the design, execution, and validation of our electrical circuits and boards - Own the full electrical lifecycle—from requirements definition and board architecture through schematic design, layout, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and verification. -Guide and mentor our electrical technicians and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - The role requires deep experience working with EO system electronics, including board-level definitions, mixed-signal design, high speed cameras pipeline, and complex system integration. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) • 10+ years of experience in electrical design for electro-optical, embedded, airborne, or defense-related systems. • Proven experience with board-level design, implementation, bring-up, debugging, and validation of complex electronics. • Strong hands-on experience in analog and digital circuit design, including power electronics, signal conditioning, sensor interfaces, and high-speed digital systems. • Familiarity with EO system components military grade (image sensors, cameras, IR modules, laser systems, gimbals, stabilization units, embedded compute).

• Experience managing PCB layout processes and working with external design/manufacturing partners. • Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, thermal measurement tools). • Strong documentation skills, including requirements, test procedures, and engineering reports.
