Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a construction business that's growing fast. You'll cover accounts, payroll, debtor invoicing and finance admin across several entities and project reporting structures. You will be working in a modern office with coffee machines on each floor and on-site parking.

What You'll Be Doing

• Processing supplier invoices and subcontractor claims
• Running weekly and fortnightly payroll
• Helping with payroll tax and compliance admin
• Raising debtor invoices and supporting collections
• Preparing payment runs and supplier reconciliations
• Sage ERP implementation
• Improving finance processes and writing them down

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in both accounts and payroll
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, especially across multiple entities
• Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Employment Hero experience highly regarded
• Good time management and a strong work ethic
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A friendly, positive attitude, and to be part of a close-knit team.
