Senior Bookkeeper

Draz & Dolce is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior bookkeeper with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online to manage financial records across multiple business entities. This role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have 5 years hands on QuickBooks Online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean up books from 2023-2025
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records across multiple companies/entities
• Import, reconcile, and organize financial data in QuickBooks
• Bank and multiple credit card reconciliations
• Move between different Quickbooks accounts easily and quickly
• Ensure proper categorization of transactions and chart of accounts management across all entities
• Prepare financial reports and maintain clean, audit-ready books
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-time experience using QuickBooks Online (mandatory)
• Proven ability to import, reconcile, and organize books across multiple entities
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a business environment
• Work well under pressure in teams and independently

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• online quickbooks: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• drivers license (Preferred)
