Senior Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 12 Front Line Sales (FLS) professionals.
• Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets through direct marketing channels.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
• Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, and sales quality metrics.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals.
• Conduct regular field visits and support the team in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Drive persistency, customer retention, and policy renewal performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market opportunities and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
• Foster a high-performance and customer-centric culture within the branch.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Team Manager/Branch Manager handling a sizeable sales team.
• Experience should be exclusively in Life Insurance companies.
• Proven experience in managing direct marketing/direct sales channels.
