Senior Brand Manager

We are looking for Senior Brand Manager to develop innovation pipeline and lead brand growth for chosen categories.

Key ingredients:

• Lead, develop and execute strategy and innovation pipeline for chosen categories.
• Lead growth of brand equity through communication strategy and development of communication assets.
• Drive Innovations/Renovations ideas and projects (insights & concepts generation, market research, full product development, ensure project KPIs are monitored until closure and all issues are effectively flagged and addressed).
• Analytical and financial acumen – independently prepare business analyses based on Nielsen, GFK and other market data, prepare business cases with Finance Team.
• Conduct insightful consumer research and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Collaborating with local & global marketing team to optimize marketing goals and execution.
• Team management
• Handle daily tasks like coordinating marketing materials and managing budget and portfolio, collaboration with agencies.

• University degree.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role (min. 5 years in marketing including NPD projects experience).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Team management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Positive attitude, curiosity & enthusiasm.
• Excellent English & Polish
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel as well as AI tools experience
