What they need
Preferably 2-4 years experience in viennoiserie
Daily bread baking and production
Dough mixing
Frozen dough lamination
Prepare twice baked croissants and sandwiches
Cook ganache, boil potatoes etc
Prepare fillings such as cream cheese filling, almond frangipane etc
Bake cookies such as almond florentine, milo cornflakes etc
R&D new products
Ordering stock
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations
Any other duties as required by the Company
