Senior Professional and Financial Lines Broker / Profin Director – London

Salary: Circa £100,000 - Competitive depending on experience

We are working with a highly respected and growing insurance broker seeking a confident and driven professional to join their commercial broking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of commercial clients while building strong relationships and developing your career within a supportive and ambitious business.

The Role:

As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
• Handle new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers
• Experience in dealing with UK Retail and International wholesale business.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and grow existing accounts
• Negotiate with insurers to secure competitive terms and suitable cover
• Work closely with Account Executives and colleagues to deliver an exceptional client service
• Ensure all activity is completed in line with FCA and regulatory requirements

About You:

We are keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Previous experience within commercial insurance broking
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and covers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-focused and proactive approach
• The ability to manage a busy and varied workload
• Experience using Acturis or similar broking systems would be advantageous
