What they need
Responsibilities
- Coordination of work sequence and interfacing details between BS installation and builder's works requirement
- Monitoring the progress and quality control for BS submission
- Lead and organize project meeting for Building Services and Utilities Coordination
- Monitoring site work progress, workmanship and safety standard for BS installation
- Perform any duties assigned by the management of Build King Group
Requirements
- HD or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering or equivalent discipline
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in building services coordination / installation in Civil / Building projects
- Chartered member / formal qualification is definitely an advantage
