(Senior) Building Services Engineer – Main Contractor (TR034)

Our Client is a sizable Main Contractor and mainly provides BS engineering service in Hong Kong / China. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for building services design, tender preparation and project administration
• Site inspection and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects
• Coordination among MEP Sub-contractors and Builder's Works Sub-contractors
• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities from concept to detailed design and construction administration

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' relevant experience
• Knowledge and experience in CSD / CBWD coordination
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
