Senior Building Supervisor

You'll be the driving force on site, setting the standard for quality, safety, and program delivery across our residential projects including New Homes, Duplexes.

• Lead site set-outs and oversee full project lifecycle from the ground up
• Own and drive the site programme, you set the pace, you hold the trades to it
• Manage, coordinate and direct all trades on site
• Maintain full safety compliance and site presentation at all times
• Communicate clearly with clients  you're the face of Meadan on site
• Identify and solve problems before they become delays
• Read, interpret and work confidently from architectural and engineering plans

Sites are based across Sydney Metro, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced, organised, all-round building professional. You know what good looks like and you don't settle for less. You can juggle multiple trades, hold a tight schedule, and still have the client feel looked after.

You'll need:

• Proven experience supervising residential construction projects

• A track record of delivering builds on time and to a high standard

• Strong scheduling and programme management skills

• The ability to read and interpret full construction plans

• Current driver's licence

• White Card and all relevant licences to be on site

• Excellent communication skills with trades, clients and the team
