  • Using data, data, system information, operational evidence and stakeholder feedback to develop insights, recommendations and decision-support materials.

  • Well-developed stakeholder management, negotiation, interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across business and technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering business analysis across the project lifecycle, including requirements management, process analysis, solution definition, validation, traceability and benefits realisation.
  • Experience supporting business systems and digital solution delivery, including option analysis, implementation, testing, transition and handover.
  • A sound understanding of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid project delivery approaches.
  • Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports, briefing materials, business documentation and continual improvement recommendations.
  • Current Satisfactory National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
