Senior Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.

• Serve as the first point of contact for business users reporting system issues and gather critical information from users, understand the business impact, and replicate the issue from a user's perspective.

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the technical teams, identify patterns and recurring issues to help guide the technical teams in developing long-term solutions.

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical requirements for development teams.

• Translate technical updates into clear, non-technical, and actionable information for business stakeholders.

• Lead requirements workshops, and walkthrough sessions with end-users.

• Perform in-depth analysis of existing retail systems, identify improvement opportunities, and propose effective technology solutions.

• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test results, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience in property and retail industry knowledge is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure to meet project deadlines.
