Description

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance & Operations (F&O), Power Platform solutions and associated customer-facing systems. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement and help shape the future direction of critical digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to maximise existing Dynamics 365 functionality before pursuing custom solutions.
• Support the ongoing optimisation, enhancement and governance of customer-facing digital platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to investigate issues, evaluate solutions and deliver business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, process maps, functional specifications and other analysis artefacts.
• Support system upgrades, releases, testing and change initiatives across the enterprise application landscape.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend sustainable business and technology improvements.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the uplift of business analysis capability across the organisation.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large and complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environments.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and associated enterprise systems.
• Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
• Experience supporting application enhancement, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to confidently influence stakeholders and navigate complex business challenges.
• Previous experience within government, highly regulated or customer-centric environments will be highly regarded
