You'll lead process mapping and requirements gathering across complex fund and wealth management operations - working closely with stakeholders to document current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and define clear, actionable requirements that shape how investment products are administered, reported, and delivered.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders on initiatives with real, visible impact - translating business needs into requirements that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across investment operations, reporting, and client outcomes.

What you'll lead & influence:

• Partner with investment operations, portfolio management, wealth management, and technology teams to gather and define business requirements.
• Analyse current processes and design future-state solutions across investment operations, fund administration, registry, and reporting functions.
• Support enhancements across unit pricing, fund administration, wealth platforms, and investor-facing solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional specifications for delivery teams.
• Drive data integrity, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy across systems and workflows.
• Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
• Contribute to new product launches, platform improvements, and broader transformation initiatives.

What you bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience working within financial services.
• Previous experience delivering change initiatives within funds and wealth management businesses is essential.
• Proven capability in requirements gathering, process mapping, business analysis, and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile and/or traditional delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical teams.
• Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex and evolving challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
