Senior Business Analyst - Superannuation/Insurance Claims - 2 days in office
The Brief: Senior Business Analyst to support the insurance op-model transformation program.
Your role:
As Senior Business Analyst, your role will include, but not be limited to:
Collaborating with executive stakeholders and process owners to refine business requirements
Design and document customer journeys
Lead workshops between the business and vendors
Lead end-to-end Business Analysis - gap analysis/AS-IS and TO-BE/process mapping
Build traceability from requirements through to testing
About you
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst across the SDLC
- Background in financial services, ideally superannuation, insurance, wealth, or banking
- Experience in uplifing processes
- Skilled in engaging executives and stakeholders as well as vendors
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to create clarity
