Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and support business and systems analysis initiatives, particularly in HRIS and business process improvement projects. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure successful implementation of solutions from planning through go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis through discussions, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder consultations.

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.

• Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and business impact analysis.

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements and specifications.

• Develop and maintain business and process documentation, including:

  • Business Rules Documentation
  • Process Design Documents
  • Work Instructions
  • Functional Requirements and other project-related documentation

• Work closely with business users, HR teams, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.

• Support HRIS implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.

• Assist in project planning, solution design, testing, deployment, and implementation activities.

• Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, test cases, and validation of results.

• Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of system issues and defects.

• Monitor project requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

• Support stakeholders during system implementation, transition, and go-live activities.

• Provide post-implementation support and help identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.

• Ensure that project deliverables and documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in:

  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management
  • Management Information Systems
  • or a related discipline.

• At least three (3) years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or HRIS implementation.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Business process analysis
  • Process mapping
  • Gap analysis
  • Requirements documentation
  • System testing and UAT
  • Implementation and deployment

• Strong experience in preparing business and process documentation such as Business Rules Documentation, Process Design Documents, and Work Instructions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

• Experience supporting UAT, issue resolution, and system implementation.

• Demonstrated ability to support or drive implementations from planning through go-live.

• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and project deliverables.

Preferred/Advantageous:

• Experience in HRIS implementation or HR technology projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in process improvement and system enhancement projects.
