Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a major business and technology transformation initiative within a large and complex organisation. This role will be responsible for driving business analysis activities across multiple projects, working closely with stakeholders to understand, document, and improve business processes while supporting the implementation of enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather business requirements

• Analyse, document, and optimise business processes using BPMN methodologies

• Develop current state and future state process maps using tools such as Visio

• Produce high quality business and functional requirements documentation

• Support the delivery of enterprise application and digital transformation projects

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions

• Contribute to testing, implementation, and continuous improvement activities

• Support Agile project delivery and backlog management practices

About You You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background delivering technology and transformation initiatives within large, complex environments.

You excel at stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and translating business needs into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst within software development or technology-focused environments

• Strong business process analysis and BPMN modelling experience

• Advanced skills with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio

• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations

• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience within legal, regulatory, government, or highly governed environments

• Knowledge of workflow, case management, or operational process frameworks

• Experience delivering enterprise wide transformation initiatives

• Exposure to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, BPMN, and DevOps practices
