Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for delivering business change and getting the very best from HR technology?

As part of this journey, they're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering business-critical HR projects and transformation initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across HR, Technology and the wider business, helping to shape solutions that improve efficiency, enhance user experience and support long-term growth.

The Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for understanding business challenges, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into scalable technology and process improvements.

A key part of the role will involve supporting HR-focused transformation projects, including HRIS implementations, Workforce Management solutions and Time & Attendance systems, whilst ensuring successful delivery through stakeholder engagement, testing and user adoption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
• Analyse and improve business processes, systems and information flows
• Support the delivery of HR technology and transformation programmes
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional solutions
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure successful delivery
• Support testing, training and change activities to drive user adoption
• Contribute to business cases, delivery planning and benefits realisation
• Mentor and support other Business Analysts across the function
• Champion Business Analysis best practice and continuous improvement

• Proven experience operating as a Business Analyst within complex organisations
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience delivering business transformation and technology change initiatives
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of testing, validation and user adoption processes
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive positive business change
