🎯 Your Mission

You will serve as the dedicated operational and functional right hand to the SFMC Product Owner in a major multinational environment. Your main objective will be securing day-to-day campaign and journey operations (RUN) while supporting business analysis and platform evolution (BUILD) across B2C, B2B2C, and B2B global activities.

🛠️ What you will do daily

• Operations & Execution: Configure, test, validate, and deploy complex campaigns and customer journeys ( Journey Builder , Automation Studio , Email Studio , Data Extensions ).
• Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Investigate execution issues, data inconsistencies, or targeting errors (SQL, SFTP/API), coordinating solutions with technical teams.
• Business Analysis: Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, backlog priorities, and oversee UAT testing.
• Data Quality & Governance: Monitor audience segmentation, data quality controls, consent processes (GDPR, opt-in/opt-out), and operational KPIs.
• Business Enablement: Create user guides, process documentation, and lead training sessions for regional business teams.

👤 What we are looking for

• Experience: 5+ years as a Business Analyst, CRM / MarTech Consultant, or Marketing Automation Specialist with proven hands-on delivery.
• Technical Mastery: Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and SQL fundamentals for data query/segmentation.
• International Background: Experience working in global, multi-brand, or multi-country environments.
• Key Skills: Analytical mindset, autonomous problem-solving, and the ability to bridge complex technical topics into clear business language.
