Senior Business Analyst | ETRM | Power | Gas | London

We’re working with a leading global commodities trading business to find an experienced Business Analyst to support the continued development of its trading technology landscape.

The role will work closely with Front Office stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions that enhance trading workflows, market connectivity and overall trading efficiency across global energy markets.

What you'll do:

• Partner with traders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to improve trading processes.
• Lead requirements gathering, functional design and process analysis across trading platforms and ETRM systems.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects and product owners to deliver solutions aligned with commercial priorities.
• Support market data integrations, exchange connectivity and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.

What you need:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within energy/commodity/financial trading
• Experience engaging with Front Office stakeholders, ideally traders.
• Familiarity with ETRM platforms, system integrations and trade lifecycle workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional design skills.
• SQL, data analysis and Agile delivery experience are advantageous.

London office: 3 days per week

£110,000-£150,000 + Bonus
