Your new role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work across strategic and delivery-focused workstreams, translating complex requirements into clear outcomes and helping drive a major transformation programme.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis across complex transformation workstreams
• Develop high-quality business and executive-level requirements
• Engage with senior and executive stakeholders
• Work closely with Business Architecture and delivery teams
• Support process modelling and improvement

Requirements

• Extensive Senior Business Analyst experience
• Strong banking or financial services experience
• Proven large-scale transformation experience
• Understanding of core banking platforms and processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery experience
• Jira, Confluence and Excel experience
• BPMN or Signavio experience advantageous
