Senior Business Analyst – IT Process Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Review current workflows and define improved target processes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear requirements for the IT team.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Production, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and align business and technical teams.
• Support UAT, implementation, and continuous process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related role.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing Order Management, Production, and Finance processes.
• Experience with ERP, automation, or system implementation projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Good command of English.
