Senior Business Analyst | Brussels (Hybrid)

For one of our leading clients in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the Mobility Business Line.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong background in business performance reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder management within a complex business environment.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and improve business performance reporting and KPI monitoring.

• Consolidate and ensure the reliability of business reports and dashboards.

• Support Key Account Managers in monitoring action plans and commercial performance.

• Coordinate business projects across the Mobility Business Line.

• Prepare executive reporting, steering committee materials, and governance documentation.

• Monitor business performance indicators including volume, margin, profitability, and pricing.

• Facilitate decision-making by identifying risks, tracking actions, and escalating key issues.

• Implement a structured governance framework to support business performance and partnerships.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in business performance reporting and executive reporting.

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in the financial sector is considered a strong asset.
