Senior Business Analytics Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Analytics Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead advanced analytics initiatives within Finance, with a focus on improving planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, data-driven solutions and help shape scalable analytics capabilities that support better decision-making. You will also partner closely with Finance leaders, data teams, and senior stakeholders to move ideas from prototype through production.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,000 – $235,950 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and AI workflow initiatives from start to finish
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to enhance workflows using data and automation
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured analytical frameworks
• Design and build scalable data products for Finance analytics
• Prototype AI-enabled solutions for Finance workflows
• Partner with data teams to transform prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Define KPI frameworks for financial metrics to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field
• 8-10+ years of experience in analytical roles such as consulting or strategic finance
• Advanced SQL skills with large, complex datasets
• Strong proficiency in BI tools like Power BI
• Experience with Finance planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate findings effectively
• Experience in designing scalable dashboards and reporting solutions
