Senior Business Controller

At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Unit Controller to join our international finance team.

In this role, you will play a key part in financial steering, controlling, and business support, helping drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🚀 Your Responsibilities

• Manage contracts related to projects and services
• Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
• Support forecasting and financial planning activities
• Prepare financial reports at both Business Unit and project level
• Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and business units
• Prepare service offer calculations and business cases
• Drive automation initiatives and process improvements using AI
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Create and analyze reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Management, Controlling, or related areas
• Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling practices
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Well-organized, structured, and reliable way of working
• Experience working in multicultural and international environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
