Key Responsibilities: BD Operations Executive – Job Description

• Ensure full readiness of new outlets prior to opening, including operational setup, safety compliance, and readiness checks.

• Monitor and resolve operational and maintenance issues to minimize disruption to store operations.

• Conduct routine outlet inspections to ensure compliance with company operational standards, branding, and safety requirements.

• Prepare master lists, checklists, and required documentation, and coordinate submissions to relevant departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for preparing, maintaining, and updating trackers, reports, and operational records.

• Liaise with agents, contractors, and local authorities on outlet locations, renovations, compliance matters, and project execution.

• Source contractors within respective regions to improve cost efficiency and reduce lead time.

• Act as a sourcing support function for marketing materials and outlet promotional requirements.

• Support and coordinate marketing activities and campaign requirements as and when needed.

• Work closely with the BD Department to ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the required timeline, taking full ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the tasks assigned.

• Support the BD Department in partner engagements and meetings, including travelling together for partner meetings and other business-related activities when required.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identify issues, follow up with relevant parties, and take the necessary action to complete assigned tasks.

• Travel occasionally or as required for site inspections, administrative support, partner meetings, and other operational requirements.

• Source and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure projects and operational tasks are completed within the agreed timeline.

• Undertake high-impact projects or tasks as assigned by Top Management.

• Possession of own vehicle is preferred, as the role may require travel for outlet inspections, partner meetings, site visits, and other operational requirements.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and presentable appearance with appropriate attire when meeting clients and partners.
