Senior Business Development Associate

Ripples is Thailand’s leading TikTok and social commerce agency, ranked #1 in GMV out of 300+ partners. We provide end-to-end e-commerce solutions—from strategy and content creation to live selling and performance marketing—primarily across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. In just one year, we’ve scaled from 20 to 200 people, partnering with top local and global brands to shape the future of how products are discovered and sold online.

As a Business Development Associate/Senior Associate, you'll help drive Ripples’ next wave of growth by working directly with our co-founders and top-tier clients. You’ll help shape strategy, pitch big ideas, and turn them into action across the most dynamic channels in e-commerce.

**🚀**Key responsibilities:

• Work directly with Ripples’ co-founders and leadership to understand our full-service offerings
• Lead the creation of business plans, pitch decks, and proposals for brand partners
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations on e-commerce and social commerce
• Drive cross-Business unit collaboration across Marketing Communication, Creator Management, eCommerce Shop management, Live Studio to execute campaigns and go-to-market strategies
• Build and expand client relationships, partnerships, and networks for long-term growth
• Represent Ripples at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to refine strategies and identify new opportunities

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, commercial strategy, or startups (for Senior Associate)
• Open to fresh graduates with strong track records and leadership experience (for Associate)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internal and external
• Understanding of e-commerce or social platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Lazada is preferred
• Fluent in Thai and English; other languages are a plus
