Senior Business Development Associate

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with strong B2B IT Services sales experience to drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to client acquisition, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, networking, research, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Identify client requirements and understand business challenges to propose relevant IT services and software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, product/service discussions, and negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, commercials, and presentations and drive deals toward closure.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical, product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, revenue, and KPIs and provide regular updates.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
• Mentor and guide junior BD team members.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
