Senior Business Development Associate

Job Descriptions

• ⁠ ⁠Manage and maximize market penetration across all Channel Dev touchpoints, including inbound, outbound, and field sales channels
• ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement tactical commercial strategies to accelerate sales growth and achieve revenue targets for each channel.
• ⁠ ⁠Design training programs, lead onboarding sessions, and conduct regular coaching to ensure agents possess the required skillsets and maintain strong sales performance.
• ⁠ ⁠Identify bottlenecks and streamline operational workflows to simplify transaction processes and enhance client-agent communication.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor daily and weekly KPI metrics across channels, delivering detailed operational reports and insights to the Business Development Lead (G3).

Job Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Channel Management (experience managing field or outbound sales teams is preferred).
• ⁠ ⁠Proven track record of managing and expanding channel penetration across inbound, outbound, and field operations.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong ability to create and execute tactical commercial strategies that directly drive sales conversion and revenue.
• ⁠ ⁠Skilled in delivering training modules, onboarding frontline agents, and building operational SOPs.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on simplifying transaction workflows to improve agent efficiency.
• ⁠ ⁠Preferred: Basic background or experience in product development (e.g., understanding product life cycles, user flow mapping, or basic technical/feature requirements to collaborate better with Product & Tech teams).
