Senior Business Development Associate (+Commission)

Work location: BTS Bangchak/BTS Punnawithi

Responsibilities

• Present technology solutions to medium-to-large organizations.
• Utilize research tools to identify and reach potential customers.
• Develop new client relationships while maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers.
• Plan sales activities in advance and support pipeline management using tools such as Salesforce.
• Coordinate internally with support teams to close deals and ensure smooth handover to relevant departments after sales.
• Prepare sales reports and document client meeting details.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales.
• Strong presentation skills with a confident and professional personality.
• Quick-thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Professional in both appearance and mindset.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and continuously developing new skills.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively as part of a large sales team.
• Passionate about learning new technologies; experience in CRM loyalty program will be an advantage.
